Until 1859 St. Michael’s, as the parish church, was responsible for what is now Holy Trinity parish.  Priests were then appointed for the new church.

Those marked V were instituted as Vicars of Holy Trinity.  Rodney Oliver was curate of Thorley, serving chiefly at Holy Trinity.  Those serving from 1974-1990 were curates of the parish of Thorley with Holy Trinity.  John Williams was licensed as Priest in Charge.  It is interesting to note that no fewer than four of the priests served at St. Michael’s first*.
